Our Wish List

If you are unable to donate funds to the agency, we can always use donations of dog food, blankets and bedding, dog crates, cleaning supplies etc.  The dog are pretty tough on everything here, so we always need replacements.  When you want to donate items from this wish list, e-mail us so we can set up an appointment for the items to be delivered.

The following is a list of items we are always using and in need of at the shelter house.  When we don't have to spend money on supplies, we can use it on the dogs' medical and/or behavioral care.  If you can donate any of these items, we'll post your name to our "thank you" page as public recognition of your selfless assistance.

• Applesauce (unsweetened)

• Baby Bottles

• Baking supplies (flour, sugar, salt, etc.)

• Blankets (With a lot of whelping moms and puppies here, we're washing blankets several times a day!)

• Bleach

• Bowls (stainless steel or ceramic, or collapsible travel bowls)

• Brooms

• Canned Green Beans

• Canned Pumpkin (not the kind with pumpkin pie spices, just the plain pumpkin)

• Collars

• Coupons for discounts on dog-related products and services

• Dishwashing Liquid (Dawn is best, but we'll take any brand)

• Dog Biscuits

• Dog Beds (pads, fleece, etc)

• Dog Brushes, Flea Combs, and Coat Rakes

• Dog Ear Wipes

• Dog Eye Wipes

• Dog Food, Canned (Purina or Pedigree)

• Dog Food, Dry (Purina or Pedigree), mini-kibble is best for our dogs because we generally take in small to medium sized dogs.

• Dog-Safe Shampoo and Conditioner

• Ear Cleansing Fluid (for dogs)

• Kong Chew Toys

• Laundry Detergent

• Leashes

• Lysol and other disinfectants

• Milk Supplement for newborn puppies

• Molasses

• Mops

• Paper Towels

• Peanut Butter (Jiff, please)

• Pillows

• Sheets

• Soft "Squeak" Toys

• Tennis Balls

• Towels

• Wading pools (hard-sided; it gets up to over 114° here in the summer months and wading pools come in real handy for the dogs!)
